What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Size exchanges are subject to product availability. Please note that sale items, customized products, and accessories are non-returnable.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across India. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
How are refunds processed?

Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection. A ₹100 courier/shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images, order details, and an unboxing video of the parcel.
